Florisa Zinghini, LMSW, CMC, CDCF,™ is the founder of Reddi-Care Connections, an aging life care management company. She has worked for more than 20 years in the Long-Term Care industry in Nursing Homes and Independent and Assisted Living communities in New York and Connecticut.
Florisa holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from SUNY Stony Brook and a master’s in social work from Adelphi University. She is a Licensed Master in Social Work (LMSW), and certified as a Care Manager (CMC), Positive Approach to Care Consultant (CPACC), Dementia Connections Facilitator (CDCF) and New York Screen Evaluator. Currently, she is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the Aging Life Care Association (ALCA) and is on the board of CT Redding Commission on Aging and a regular volunteer of the Mark Twain Library.
In her free time Florisa loves to explore the outdoors. She enjoys hiking, gardening, cycling, playing tennis and traveling and practices yoga daily. Being active helps her maintain a healthy and productive lifestyle which is crucial for overall well-being.
