How I Can Help:
Clients come to Reddi-Care Connections for a number of reasons.

- Some client families do not live locally and need a local advocate for the care of their loved one.
- Others may have limited availability to deal with the chronic care needs of an elderly parent or other relative and need assistance.
- Some may feel frustrated with trying to navigate the complexities of our health care system, and they use Reddi-Care Connections to help uncover and utilize all of the resources that are available to them.
- Other clients use my services to help them assess a loved one’s situation by identifying areas of need and working to meet them.
